What is coaching?
Coaching is about turning your dreams into reality, step by step.
In our sessions, we meet every two weeks to dive into your goals, the challenges standing in your way, and the inner resistance that holds you back, whether it’s procrastination, self-doubt, or the belief that you’re not good enough. Together, we clear that resistance and design practical, concrete actions.
You’ll leave each session with clear steps and accountability to keep you moving forward toward the life and dreams you want.
Why do coaching?
Sometimes, you feel stuck in life. You have a goal, but you’re unsure how to take the first steps, or you fear being overwhelmed by the size of it.
You might be looking for clarity about your life purpose, whether in your career or your personal journey.
Coaching can also be about exploring sides of yourself you haven’t yet uncovered professionally, creatively, or in your relationships.
Perhaps you want support in staying motivated, or you’re facing obstacles, limiting beliefs, or patterns that keep you from moving forward.
Whatever the reason, coaching is about creating the space to get unstuck, to grow, and to move toward the life you want.
How long is a coaching relationship?
A coaching relationship really depends on your needs, your goals, and your pace. Some people work with a coach for 6 weeks, others for 8 weeks, or even one year.
The length of the journey is flexible and shaped by what you want to achieve.
About me
I am a Co-Active (CTI) certified coach who brings together coaching, mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness, and creative expression to help clients expand their awareness and open new doors of possibility.
Self-development has always been at the heart of my life. For more than a decade, I have practiced meditation under the guidance of Dan Brown, Ph.D., within the Indo-Tibetan lineage of His Holiness Menri Trizin Rinpoche, the 33rd. This deep contemplative training has shaped my ability to hold space with clarity, presence, and compassion.
Alongside this path, I have been studying bio decoding, an approach that explores the emotional roots of physical symptoms, and I hold a certificate in Somatic Attachment Therapy from The Embody Lab. I am also pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool and training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a therapeutic modality centered on the multiplicity of the mind.
At the core, I believe coaching is about holding the big picture — the vision — while grounding it in action. Every dream begins with one first step. I support clients in discovering that step, then the next, building momentum until vision becomes reality. Coaching is, above all, the art of taking aligned action.
My work is also shaped by over 20 years in the creative world of film and photography. I have directed award-winning documentaries for ARTE, Al Jazeera, UNICEF, USAID, and many NGOs such as INJAZ and KAFA. This long creative career brings a fresh, intuitive, and imaginative dimension to my coaching sessions.
